Put it in the diary, and pop by afterwards to find out more about his legal AI creation for Law 365, LawyerBot 365. This will include a like-for-like technology comparison, as well as some of the more advanced features which make the difference between them. In this session Martin will be taking a walk through the various capabilities and differences between Azure Cognitive Services (Text Analytics) and the SharePoint Syntex offerings. We’ve packed our lederhosen (for Oktoberfest) and our swag bags and we can’t wait to see you! Things to look forward to… Presentation by Martin Hatchġ - 1.40pm in Room 6: Apples and oranges, comparing SharePoint Syntex to Azure Cognitive Services When and where?ġ3th-15th October 2022, The Ageas Bowl, Southampton It's kinda cool to keep up with them and then react when they all bank and turn to a new heading. We’re really looking forward to this year’s South Coast Summit, the unmissable Microsoft Cloud Technology Community Conference. Its a lot harder than it looks.Īll the wingman aircraft animate (except the lead which is still under AI control), they also have individual bank delay as they follow the lead on a new ATC heading. I have expanded the code to allow you to fly your plane in the formation. I'm hoping that the dev team will continue to explore the issue, even if it is a non issue in your particular case. The jitter is the same in my code and your Xwing. ![]() The jitter improves if I enable vsync, and then better again if I set the refresh to 1/2 or a 1/3. I am running a 4790K at stock 4400mHz with a 1080ti on Windows 10. ![]() I am curious to know what is different about your system to mine. Many who have already downloaded my version have reported the jitter. Yes, I have tried removing all plugins and scripts, with no luck.ĭomHenry who is also developing his own split of the code has the same issue on his Mac. I assume you have no other plugins or anything that would interfere with the AI aircraft. So, no idea why you should not see the same. I did the same test today on XP 9 and XP 10 and the AI were smoothly following my aircraft. Vsync ON probably gives it a bit more breathing space. In our case, we want AI to have the same priority as the main plane. That's how I would do it to improve performance. Maybe AI planes render every other frame depending on performance overheads. The AI plane may not be being rendered at the same point in the pipeline as the main plane, so there is an opportunity for the co-ords to be different if the refresh happens before completion. It could still be a bug / oversight tho, and I don't know if this helps the Mac version (which has the same issue). V-Sync ON, and lower settings makes the difference on Windows 10 ! ![]() Wierd, FPS increases when I enable Xwing !! I would love to know what is different about my setup that causes the jitter. I am thinking that perhaps LR wouldn't have given a bug number if they weren't able to confirm it for themselves. That was with 8 AI aircraft in the formation. I am not seeing any jitter with a 10 min flight. I tried the XWing plugin in the latest version of XP11. Thanks, I will also have a word with Ben. ![]()
